Dr. Constance Nana Kusi, DNP, APRN, PMHNP-BC, MBA, CNL
Psychiatric Provider and Founder
Dr. Constance is a highly experienced and committed healthcare professional recognized for her work in psychiatric and mental health care. As a psychiatric provider, she focuses on supporting individuals with mental health conditions, working to improve their quality of life through practical and compassionate care.
She currently serves as a Psychiatric Consult Liaison within a respected healthcare system in New Jersey. In this role, she works with patients managing both psychiatric and medical conditions, using a whole-person approach that addresses both mental and physical health needs. Her responsibilities include medication management and reconciliation, initial psychiatric evaluations, and ongoing follow-up visits. Her ability to navigate the overlap of mental and medical care highlights her thorough and thoughtful approach.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Constance serves as a Program Coordinator for Allied Health Schools in New Jersey. She is actively involved in training and guiding future healthcare professionals. Her previous work includes helping incarcerated and court-involved women access health services, including referrals for OB-GYN care, and developing protocols that help identify those who need psychiatric and behavioral health support. She also works to reduce barriers that limit access to care for underserved groups.
Her background includes extensive experience in substance use disorder treatment, an area where she continues to make a strong impact.
